Welcome! This is an online, self-paced unit on searching and evaluating resources found on the Internet, a sub-skill of the bigger concept called information literacy. It should take you approximately 2-3 hours to complete. Within this unit, you'll be exploring the concept of information literacy and specifically, locating and evaluating Web resources through a realistic classroom scenario. You will practice these skills yourself, as you work through the unit.
